CANCELLATIONS   
FIT travelers: Cancellation charges are calculated from the day the written notification is received by the company or agent as a percentage of the net total tour price, as shown plus any surcharges (e.g. Ticketed air sectors, other penalties imposed by suppliers such as hotels):

-	29-21 Days before departure	10%
-	20-11 Days before departure	25%
-	10-3 Days before departure	45%
-	48 hours before departure	75%
-	Within 24 hours/ no show	100%

   

Cancellation of air arrangements will be subject to fees charged in accordance with the type of airfare used and airline tariff regulations. Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.

GROUP travelers: Cancellation charges will incur different cancellation policy; please inquire at the time of confirmation.

CHILD POLICY
Package tours:
-  Infant 2 years old sharing room with 2 adults will be free of charge
- 1 child under 12 years old sharing room with 2 adults and requiring extra bed are granted 15% discount or without extra bed are granted 25% discount.

Accommodation only:
No additional charge if children up to 11 years old shared room & existing beds with parents (no breakfast included). If an extra bed is requested, the applicable rate as per our tariff (triple room rate) for an extra bed will be charged, which also includes breakfast.

 

DEPOSIT

	FIT & small group travelers
-	Full payment for air tickets must be made within 5 days of booking.
-	Hotel deposits required will be advised at time of booking.

PAYMENT
FIT travelers: Full prepayment must be received at least 14 days before the commencement of services.

Our tours include:

-	Welcome kit & departure gift
-	Private transportation in air-conditioned vehicle
-	Internal airfares (economy class) within countries Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia
-	Domestic airport taxes
-	International airport taxes for flights departing from Vietnam.
-	Hotel accommodation (twin share basis) including breakfast
-	Meals as mentioned in itineraries, food only
-	Entrance fees, boat fees, other fees as detailed in the programs
-	English speaking local guides. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese and
	Russian speaking guides can also be arranged at additional cost (subject to availability).

LIABILITY

Our company acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Therefore we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action or unrest must be borne by the tourists.
Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advanced notice before or during the tour. 

Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.

 

TOUR INFORMATION  
We further would like to advise that, because of frequent flight changes and cancellations by airlines we cannot fully guarantee that the proposed itinerary can be carried out as planned. Based on our experience changes of departure times and/or cancellations can occur at very short notice even after confirmations for a flight have been received. Same condition applies for train travel - schedule changes occur frequently and sometimes without prior notification.

In case of schedule changes or flight cancellation we will always try everything human possible to arrange an alternate program within the framework of the original quoted costs. However we reserve the right to charge any cost exceeding the original budget to the tour operator/travel agent or to the participant of a tour after consultation with the agent.
