I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent tour put on by Terra Verde Travel for the former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, the Honourable John Manley, and his wife, Judith, a few weeks ago to the Mekong.

We experienced several aspects of the Vietnamese society. Most of the times we were enabled to look upon these aspects. In some occasions we could take a closer look. That was possible during are trip to the Highlands and during the cycling tour with Hans in Hoi An.

The Highland trip was special because we could experience a more inside look into the local lifestyle (housing, boat trip and elephant riding) just with the four of us and our guide.

The cycling tour was special because Hans could show us how people make a living and he could tell us, as a foreigner, what makes Vietnam special and how he managed (or not) to deal with the differences.

We really enjoyed Vietnam. It was a unique experience. The travel agency did a wonderful job organizing everything.

The kids enjoyed it too. Especially the active elements: biking, riding elephant and snorkeling ...

We surely will recommend both Vietnam and Terra Verde to everyone who might be interested.

Ed and I both thoroughly enjoyed our trip in Vietnam and Cambodia. Terra Verde did a great job. The boat and bicycling trip along the Mekong Delta was breathtaking and the homestay enabled us to gain true insight into real Vietnamese culture - and cuisine. A Foodies' Paradise!!!!

Ed and I were also very taken with Cambodia - particularly the temples of Angkor Tom and Angkor Wat. I had never really appreciated the history of Cambodia, and this trip helped me to get a better understanding of its position within the region.
Finally - it was terrific just to sit back and relax on the beautiful and untainted beaches of Phu Quoc. We also found time to explore this amazing little island on the back of a motorbike ...

The guides were friendly and professional and the transport and accomodation arrangements flawless.
I would like to thank Phuong for taking us to the Cu Chi Tunnels. He was very professional and had some fascinating (if not slightly harrowing) experiences to tell.

I would also like Hang who was absolutely marvellous. She swept us around HCMC with such charm that it made me fall in love with the place immediately.....
